Kitchen - Handmade Pestle & Mortar

Our beautiful ceramic pestle & mortar are individually handmade by Nick Membery at Waun Hir Pottery. They are fired to 1260 degrees in a gas kiln and then richly glazed speckled white. A stylish and functional addition to your kitchen, as you can't beat the taste of freshly ground spices! The base of the mortar is potted thicker than usual ensuring it is robust. The ceramics are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.
